The hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were possibly quiet and clean but had an odd smell, possibly from old cigarette smoke or mold. The service was extremely helpful, with one of the best breakfasts experienced, but the property needs some serious updates. The location was convenient for my visit to Ohio University, clean, and with food available at all times, although the sleeping area was under construction. The dining experience was pretty good overall, except for some dry sausage links. It was satisfying, but very basic.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were conveniently located right behind the front desk, just a few steps from parking, the pool, and breakfast. They were very clean, and I'm already planning to return in a couple of weeks. The only small downside was that the carpets could be changed.

The hotel was very cozy and just what we needed for a one-night stay. The rooms are in a separate building and the staff was friendly. The location is very good being close to the University and downtown Athens. The dining experience was very good, especially the omelets, but the sausage links were dry. Overall, a great value for the price.
